Bitter Gourd, Soybean, Pickled Mustard Green and Pork Rib Soup
Pickled mustard green 300g
1. Soak aged peel, soybean, pickled mustard green soak in water separately.
2. Cut bitter gourd into two pieces and deseed, then cut into pieces.
3. Scrape off white pith of aged peel. Cut pickled mustard green into pieces.
4. Blanch pork ribs then wash.
5. Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat. Season with salt.
