食譜粵菜家常菜豬肉蒸15-30分鐘
2. 將蒜頭、生抽、蠔油、牛肝菌粉、糖,加入至排骨,攪拌均勻,再加入生粉,醃30分鐘。
3. 茶樹菇壓出水分,將茶樹菇擺上碟,加入排骨,以大火蒸20分鐘。
Steamed Pork Ribs with Dried Tea Tree Mushroom
Dried tea tree mushroom 50g
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Porcini powder 1 teaspoon
1. Soak dried tea tree mushroom for 1 hour. Dice garlic.
2. Put garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, porcini powder and sugar into pork ribs and mix well, then put in cornstarch, marinate 30 mins.
3. Squeeze out dried tea tree mushroom water, put dried tea tree mushroom on the plate, then put in pork ribs and steam 20 mins with high heat.
