材料:
油條 1條
蠔仔 200克
豆豉 1茶匙
辣椒 1隻
蒜頭 2瓣
葱 2條
杏鮑菇 1隻
粟粉芡水 少許
調味:
蠔油 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
紹酒 少許
老抽 少許
糖 半茶匙
做法:
1.蠔仔加麵粉2湯匙拌勻,蠔仔汆水30秒。油條切厚片,杏鮑菇切四段,再切薄片。紅椒切粒。切葱花。蒜頭和豆豉切碎。
2.油條煎脆,撈起,先墊碟底。
3.爆香葱、蒜、 辣椒和豆豉,爆香杏鮑菇。加蠔油和生抽同炒,灒紹酒,加入蠔仔,加老抽和糖拌炒。粟粉芡水收汁。
4.趁熱將蠔仔淋在油條上。

Steps:

2.Pan fry the fried bread stick, take it up.
3.Pan fry green onion, garlic, red chili and fermented soy bean, then put in king oyster mushroom and stir fry. Put in oyster sauce, soy sauce and Shao Xing wine. Stir fry with baby oyster. Put in dark soy sauce and sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
4.Put fried bread stick on plate, then put the fried baby oyster on top of it.
