做法:
於鮑魚上撒上鹽,然後用刀仔將殼撬走及取走內臟,再將頂部的硬塊切走,並將它切成片狀。將仿松露切片備用。將鑊燒熱,加入麻油後放入鮑魚片,炒熟後再加入仿松露,加入一杯已浸透水的米,不停的攪動直至米變成透明,再倒大約七杯上湯慢慢煨煮,待那些湯煲滾後將火調校至慢火,及將米煮成粥,最後加入蛋白及將粥倒入碗中,再加上配菜如松子碎、紅棗絲、乾紫菜碎等。
