材料:
紅蘿蔔 1個
洋葱 1個
牛肉片 300克
薑 3片
水 3公升
做法:
1. 先將材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔及洋葱切件。
2. 煲滾水,放紅蘿蔔、洋葱及薑片,煲約45分鐘。
3. 再加牛肉片,細火再煲5分鐘。
