馬蹄冬菇蒸瓜甫,雖然沒有肉,全是素料,但一點也不寡,入口爽甜香滑,是素食者或追求健康飲食人士精明之選。

材料:
節瓜1個
馬蹄4粒
豆腐1/4件
冬菇4朵
葱1棵

調味:
鹽、糖各1/2茶匙
胡椒粉、麻油各少許

芡汁:
齋蠔油2茶匙
豉油1/4茶匙
粟粉1茶匙
水2湯匙

做法:

Seasoning:
1/2tspeachsaltandsugar
dashofpepperandsesameoil

Sauce:
2tspvegetarianoystersauce
1/4tsplightsoysauce
1tspcornflour
2Tbspwater

Method:
1.Peelhairysquash,thenrinse,cutintosectionsandscopeoutthecentrepart.
2.Soakmushroomsinwater.Peelwaterchestnuts.Chopmushroomsandwaterchestnutsandputinabowl,addbeancurdandseasoning,stirwell.
3.Stuffthemixtureintohairysquashpieces,steamoverhighheatfor8minutes.
4.Bringthesaucetotheboil,pourontopofstuffedhairysquashandsprinkleinchoppedspringonion.Serve.
