三餸一湯|薑汁炒芥蘭 Stir-Fried Chinese Kale with Ginger Juice
食譜粵菜家常菜蔬菜素食炒15分鐘以下
3. 放水落鑊,水滾後加2片薑。放入芥蘭汆水,再過清水。
4. 熱鑊後落油,放入芥蘭大火快炒至軟身,落薑汁酒炒一會。
Stir-Fried Chinese Kale with Ginger Juice
1. Rinse and chop Chinese kales into small pieces.
2. Crush and chop ginger, add in Shaoxing wine and set aside.
3. Add water into the pan, and bring water to boil, then add 2 slices of ginger. Blanch Chinese kales in water, then wash in clear water.
4. Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry Chinese kales wih high heat till soften, add ginger wine and quickly stir-fry.
5. Add broth, salt and sugar, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Dish up.
