材料:
油浸八爪魚粒 1罐
番薯 2條
芫荽 2束
韓國煎餅粉 500克
水 800毫升
做法:
1.番薯去皮,切絲;芫荽切碎;油浸八爪魚取出,瀝乾油分,備用。
2.煎餅粉加水混合成粉漿,然後加入油浸八爪魚、番薯及芫荽拌勻。
3.燒熱鍋下油,倒入煎餅混合物,每面煎約3分鐘至金黃色。
4.盛起,切件後即可上碟。
Octopus Pancakes with Sweet Potato
Ingredients:
Octopus in olive oil 1 can
Sweet potato 2 pcs
Coriander 2 bunches
Korean pancake powder 500g
Water 800ml
Steps:
1. Peeled and sliced the sweet potato. Chopped the coriander. Separate octopus and oil, set aside.
2. Mix the pancake powder with water, and then add octopus, sweet potato and coriander, mix well.
3.Get the pan hot, add oil, pour the pancake mixture, fry for 3 minutes, turn over and fry the other side for 3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Remove from heat, cut the pancake into pieces and serve.
