【三餸一湯】椒麻雞扒 Pan Fried Chicken Chop with Chili and Pepper Sauce
食譜四川菜雞肉水果煎15-30分鐘
1. 雞扒劃數刀,將鹽、胡椒粉加入雞扒,醃30分鐘。
2. 蒜頭、辣椒,葱切粒,將蒜頭、辣椒、葱攪碎成配料,取出。
3. 檸檬榨汁,將魚露、檸檬汁、糖混合,加入至配料,成為椒麻醬汁。
Pan Fried Chicken Chop with Chili and Pepper Sauce
1. Make few cuts on chicken chop, put salt and pepper into chicken chop and marinate 30 mins.
