Stir fried Little Scallop with Garlic and Hot Pepper
1. Mince garlic. Dice hot pepper.
2. Blanch little scallop for 30 seconds then take out.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry garlic and hot pepper.
4. Put in little scallop and rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir fry until mix well.
