材料:
番茄3隻
蝦米30克
紫菜1/4塊
杏鮑菇1隻
葱1條
薑1片
清湯1公升
做法:

蝦米和紫菜浸水。薑切絲,切葱花。杏鮑菇對切,再切片。番茄切角。

燒熱油,爆蝦米、薑和葱。爆香杏鮑菇和番茄,加入清湯1公升,蓋上收中火煲10分鐘。加鹽和糖調味,加入紫菜拌勻熄火,下葱花。
Tomato, dried shrimp and seaweed soup
Ingredients:
Tomato 3 pcs
Dried shrimp 30g
Seaweed ¼ pc
King oyster mushroom 1 pc
Green onion 1 pc
Ginger 1 slice
Chicken broth 1L
Steps:

Soak dried shrimp and seaweed. Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion. Cut king oyster mushroom in half, cut slice. Cut tomato in wedge.

Heat the oil, pan fry dried shrimp, ginger, and also green onion and mushroom. Pan-fry tomato. Put in 1L of chicken broth. Cover the lid, cook in mid-heat for 10mins. Season with salt and sugar. Put in seaweed and green onion.
