Stir fried Sliced Lamb with Ginger and Spring Onion
1. Shred ginger. Cut spring onion into strips. Dice garlic.
2. Put garlic, soy sauce, sugar, pepper into sliced lamb, marinate 15 mins.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry sliced lamb until half cook then take out.
4. Heat the same pan, stir fry ginger, put in spring onion and sliced lamb, fry until mix well.
