材料:
印度椰子 2個
急凍鱷魚肉 500克
沙參 30克
玉竹 30克
雪梨乾 5-6片
瑤柱 10-12粒
薑 少許
葱 少許
紹興酒 少許
鹽 少許
做法:
1.印度椰子切條,洗淨。
2.雪梨乾、玉竹和沙參沖水。
3.滾水,下薑、葱、紹興酒,鱷魚肉汆水,撈起備用。
4.將所有材料加入滾水中,大火滾起,轉小火煲2小時,下少許鹽調味。
Indian Coconut and Crocodile Soup
Ingredients:
Indian coconut 2 pcs
Frozen crocodile 500 g
Radix glehniae 30 g
Fragrant solomonseal rhizome 30 g
Dried pear 5-6 pcs
Dried scallops 10-12 pcs
Ginger Little
Spring onion Little
Shao xing wine Little
Salt Little
Steps:
1.Chop the indian coconut and wash.
2.Wash the dried pear, fragrant solomonseal rhizome and radix glehniae.
3.Boiling water. Add in ginger, spring onion and shao xing wine. Blanch frozen crocodile. Take it out.
4.Put all ingredients into boiling water. Cook with high heat until roll up. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with a little salt.
