黑木耳鮮百合炒素鵝
材料:
黑木耳 30克
鮮百合 1個
素鵝 1/2包
秋葵 5條
蒜頭 2片
鹽 少許
步驟:
1.
黑木耳浸水、百合撕開及洗淨、蒜頭切粒、素鵝切件。
2.
黑木耳切件,加入滾水煮1分鐘,取出。
3.
秋葵加入滾水煮1分鐘,取出及切粒。
4.
百合加入滾水煮1分鐘,取出。
5.
燒熱油,加入素鵝,煎至金黃色,取出。
6.
原鑊燒熱油,加入蒜頭、黑木耳、百合、秋葵、素鵝、鹽,炒至均勻。
