做法:
1.
沙葛撕去表皮,再削去多餘硬皮,切片再切條,唐芹切段,甘筍削皮,切條。紅椒切粒,蒜頭切碎。
2.
燒熱油炒甘筍,加蒜頭和辣椒,再加沙葛同炒,加水1湯匙,下唐芹炒勻。
3.
灒米酒,加糖、鹽和蠔油炒勻,埋粟粉水芡收汁,加少許麻油。

Steps:

Tear hard skin of yam bean, then peel the rest of skin. Slice yam bean and cut in strips. Chinese celery cut in pieces. Peel carrot and cut in strips. Dice red chili. Shred garlic.

Heat the oil and pan fry carrot. Put in garlic and red chili. Stir fry with yam bean. Put in 1 Tablespoon of water. Stir fry with celery.
