材料:
粟米 1條
甘筍 1條
腰果 1/2碗
栗子 10粒
紅棗 3粒
姬松茸 6件
無花果 3粒
花生 1/2碗
南北杏 1/3碗
做法:
1.把甘筍去皮,切件。
2.把粟米切件,切半。
3.大煲注入熱水。下粟米、甘筍、栗子、姬松茸、紅棗、腰果、花生、南北杏、無花果。蓋上,煲2小時。
4.開蓋,下鹽調味,盛上碗即成。
Cashew nuts soup with corn, dried blaze mushroom and chestnuts
Ingredients:
Corn 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Cashew nuts ½ bowl
Chestnuts 10 nos
Red date 3 pcs
Dried blaze mushroom 6 nos
Figs 3 pcs
Dried peanuts ½ bowl
Chinese sweet and bitter almond kernel 1/3 bowl
Directions:
1.Peel the carrot, slice.
2.Cut the corn, into halve.
3.Add hot water in a casserole. Put in corn, carrot, chestnuts, dried blaze mushrooms, red dates, cashew nuts, peanuts, Chinese sweet and bitter almond kernel and figs. Cover, boil for around 2 hours.
4.Off heat, season with a bit salt. Serve hot.
