京葱炒牛肉
材料:
京葱 1棵
牛肉 200 克
紅尖椒 2條
蒜茸 1茶匙
醃料:
鹽 少許
糖 少許
生粉 1茶匙
砂糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
調味料 :
蠔油 1湯匙
生粉水 2湯匙
做法:
1.
牛肉切片,用醃料醃好。
2.
京葱切片。紅尖椒切件。
3.
爆香蒜茸,牛肉炒至半熟,灒入酒。
4.
加京葱、紅尖椒、蠔油、生粉水及糖炒約1分鐘完成。
Stir-Fried Beef with Leeks
Ingredients:
Leek 1 Stalk
Beef 200g
Hot Pepper 2pcs
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Marinades:
Little Salt
Little Sugar
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Seasonings:
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn Starch Water 2 tbsp
Steps:
1. Slice beef, then marinate it with marinades and wait for 10 mins.
2. Slice leek. Cut hot pepper into pieces.
3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant and stir-fry beef till medium. Add in wine.
4. Add in leek, hot pepper, oyster oil, corn starch water and sugar, stir-fry for about 1 minute.
