【三餸一湯】味噌拌炒雞髀肉

食譜雞肉日本菜15分鐘以下

味噌拌炒雞髀肉

材料:
雞髀扒 1片
日本醬油 1湯匙
清酒 1湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
味噌 1茶匙
蒜頭 2粒
薑 20克
青椒1/4個
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許

步驟:
1.雞髀扒切件,將鹽、胡椒粉加入雞髀扒,醃10分鐘。
2.蒜頭、薑磨成泥;青椒切條。
3.將日本醬油、清酒、味噌、蒜泥混合成醬汁。
4.燒熱油,爆香薑泥,加入雞髀扒及青椒。
5.加入味醂、醬汁、少許水,蓋上蓋煮5分鐘。

Ingredients:
Chicken leg chop 1 pc
Japanese soy sauce
Sake 1 tablespoon
Mirin 1 tablespoon
Miso 1 teaspoon
Garlic 2 pcs
Ginger 20g
Green sweet pepper 1/4 pc
Salt little
Pepper little

Steps:
1.Cut chicken leg chop into pieces, put salt, pepper into chicken leg chop, marinate 10 mins.
2.Grate garlic and ginger, slice green sweet pepper.
3.Mix Japanese soy sauce, sake, miso, grated garlic into sauce.
4.Heat the oil, stir fry grate ginger, put in chicken leg chop and green sweet pepper.
5.Put in mirin, the sauce and a little water, cover the lid and cook 5 mins.
