爽口小菜
這個菜式十分爽口,無論做小菜或小食也可。魚片本身已很鮮甜,淋上微辣的醬汁,加添一份香氣。而粉絲墊底,吸收魚的肉香及肉碎醬汁的惹味,更是滋味。
做法:
1.先將魚肉切成魚塊,放入滾水中灼一會,盛起備用。用上湯將粉絲及木耳煮熟,盛起鋪在碟上。
2.燒熱少許油,將豬肉碎炒一會,然後加入洋葱、薑及果皮一起炒,再加入豉油、4杯酒、紅咖喱醬及生粉水作調味。將已煮熟的魚塊排在粉絲上,及將已煮好的肉碎醬淋在魚片上便成。
