【三餸一湯】蟲草花杞子蒸排骨

蟲草花杞子蒸排骨

材料:
排骨 約$20
蟲草花 20克
杞子 10粒
紹興酒 1湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
蒸魚豉油 1湯匙

步驟:
1.
蟲草花、杞子泡水。
2.
排骨洗淨後加入紹興酒、生抽、糖、胡椒粉、生粉,醃15分鐘。
3.
將排骨放在碟上,加入蟲草花及杞子。
4.
大火蒸20分鐘。
5.
加入滾油及蒸魚豉油。

Steamed Pork Ribs with Cordyceps Flower and Dry wolfberries
Ingredient:
Pork ribs around $20
Cordyceps flower 20g
Dry wolfberries 10 pcs
Shao Xing wine 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Seasoned soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Steps:
1.
Soak cordyceps flower and dry wolfberries.
2.
Wash pork ribs and put in Shao Xing wine, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and cornstarch, marinate 15 mins.
3.
Put pork ribs in plate, add cordyceps flower and dry wolfberries.
4.
Steam 20 mins with high heat.
5.
Put in heated oil and seasoned soy sauce.
