材料:
豬肉碎 200克
九層塔 1棵
蒜茸 半湯匙
薑茸 1茶匙
辣椒 1隻
調味料:
魚露 1湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
米酒 1湯匙
做法:
1.
辣椒切碎,九層塔摘好
2.
爆香蒜茸、薑茸和辣椒,加入豬肉碎炒熟
3.
加入魚露、生抽、老抽、米酒及糖炒至乾
4.
熄火前加入九層塔即成
Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Thai Basil
Ingredients:
Minced Pork 200 grams
Thai Basil 1 Stalk
Minced Garlic ½ tbsp
Minced Ginger 1 tsp
Chili Pepper 1 pc
Seasonings:
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Rice Wine 1 tbsp
Steps:
1.Chop chili pepper and pick leaves from Thai basil.
2. Sauté minced garlic, minced ginger and chili pepper. Add minced pork and stir-fry.
3. Add in fish sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine and sugar, then Stir-fry till dried body.
4. Add Thai basil before turn off the heat. Done.
