Long Beans with Salted Egg Yolk
1. Take out salted egg yolk, steam 10 mins with high heat.
2. Cut long beans into strips, put salt into boiling water.
3. Put in long beans and cook 2 mins, take out and drain water.
4. Take out salted egg yolk and crush.
5. Heat the butter, put in salted egg yolk and stir fry until get bubbles.
6. Put in long beans and fry until mix well.
