材料:
墨魚 150克
免治豬肉 300克
馬蹄 3粒
調味料:
生抽 2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
胡椒粉適量
做法:
馬蹄去皮,洗淨切粒
墨魚洗淨抹乾,剁粒
將所有材料及調味料拌勻
置深碟內隔水蒸約8分鐘,完成
Ingredients:
150g squid
300g minced pork
3 water chestnuts
Seasonings:
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Some pepper
Steps:
Peel water chestnut. Rinse and finely chop.
Rinse and pat dry squid. Finely chop.
Mix all ingredients and seasonings.
Place on plate. Steam over boiling water for 8 minutes. Done.
