材料:
新鮮蝦 300克

步驟:
1.蝦剪去蝦鬚及蝦腳,蝦切背及挑走蝦腸。
2.辣椒乾、辣椒、薑、蒜頭切粒。
3.燒熱油,將薑、蒜頭、花椒粒、辣椒、辣椒乾炒香。
4.加入蝦、生抽、糖、黑胡椒,炒至均勻。
