三餸一湯|青瓜炒黃金粒粒 Sauteed cucumber and sweet corns
食譜粵菜家常菜蔬菜蝦炒15分鐘以下
1. 切薑粒,乾葱切碎,切葱花。甘筍切片。青瓜切半,挖去瓜瓤後切片。起出粟米粒粒。
2. 燒熱油,爆薑、葱和乾葱,加入甘筍、青瓜和粟米,加水30毫升炒勻。
3. 加蝦米辣椒醬和蠔油調味,灒紹酒,炒勻,加粟粉水收汁。
Sauteed cucumber and sweet corns
Dried shrimp and chili paste 1 teaspoon
Shao Xing wine 1 Tablespoon
1. Shred ginger, shallot and green onion. Slice carrot. Cut cucumber in half, take out seeds and slice it. Take out sweet corn as small pieces.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry ginger, green onion and shallot. Put in carrot, cucumber and sweet corn. Put in 30ml of water. Stir well.
3. Put in dried shrimp and chili paste, oyster sauce and Shao Xing wine. Stir well. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
