材料:
番茄3個、皮蛋1個、芫荽1束、薑3片、清雞湯1罐、鹽適量
做法:
1.將番茄洗淨,切片。薑去皮切薄片。皮蛋去掉外殼,剖開八塊。芫荽洗去沙泥,切段。
2.先把少許油加入鑊中,把薑片略爆,加入番茄片炒一下。
3.注入清雞湯連同等份量的清水,以大火煲滾。收細火,加入皮蛋和芫荽同煲約10分鐘,以鹽調味即可。

3.Pourinchickenbrothandwater,bringtotheboil,lowertheheat,addpreservedeggandcoriander,simmerfor10minutes,addsalt,serve.
