雞湯1公升
做法:
1.
洋葱切絲,番茄切角。燒熱油,爆香洋葱,加入番茄,加入雞湯1公升,蓋上中火煲20分鐘。
2.
加入蜆, 蓋上煮3分鐘至蜆開口。
Tomato and clam soup
Ingredients:
Tomato 3 pieces
Onion 1 piece
Clam 250g
Chicken broth 1L
Steps:

Shred onion and cut tomato in wedge.
2.
Heat the oil and stir fry onion. Put in tomato and stir fry. Put in chicken broth. Cover the lid and cook in mid heat for 20 minutes.
3.
Put clams in pot. Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
