【三餸一湯】煎韓式牛小排

牛肉食譜蔬菜60分鐘以上

材料:
牛小排 2片
洋葱 半個 (切幼)

醃料:
韓式辣椒醬 1湯匙
魚露 1-1.5茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
蒜 3粒 切片
Agave syrup 或其他糖漿 1湯匙
生抽 少許
鹽 少許

做法:
1. 切蒜片。把洋葱切條。把牛仔骨切件。
2. 下醃料,糖漿、鹽、韓國辣椒醬、魚露、生抽、麻油、蒜片。混合醃1小時。
3. 下油,炒香洋葱至微黃。取出洋葱。
4. 下油,下牛小排煎。翻轉,把兩邊煎至金黄。
5. 加入洋葱略炒,下黑椒,上碟。

Pan-fried beef short ribs in Korean style
Ingredients:
2 pcs of beef short ribs
1/2 onion (sliced)

Marinades:
1 tbsp Korean chili paste
1-1.5 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 garlic clove (sliced)
1 tbsp agave syrup or other syrup
A bit light soy sauce
A bit salt

Steps:
1. Slice garlic, onion. Cut the beef short ribs into few piece.
2. Add marinade, agave syrup, salt, Korean chili paste, fish sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic marinate for 1 hour.
3. Add oil, fry onion until light brown. Take out.
4. Add oil, pan fry beef short ribs. Flip, continue frying beef until golden brown.
5. Put back onion slices, season with black pepper, serve hot.
