做法
先用薑、葱及滾水來煮豬肉,再加些麵豉醬、全粒黑椒煮大約半小時。豆腐灼熟,將豆腐切成半吋厚,用泡菜葉將豆腐包好,然後再切成可入口的大細。將已煮熟的豬肉切片及排在碟的中間,然後將已切好的豆腐圍在碟邊便成。
