食譜粵菜家常菜雞肉蒸15-30分鐘
3. 雞片吸乾水份,加入調味料撈勻,再加入雲耳,輕輕撈勻上碟。
4. 水滾後,放入鑊中蒸12分鐘,放上浸透的杞子,蓋上焗1分鐘即成。
Steamed Chicken with Black Fungus and Medlar Seeds
1. Soak black fungus and medlar seeds in water. Set aside.
2. Rinse and slice chicken fillets. Set aside.
3. Drain chicken slices, add seasoning and mix well with chicken slices and add in black fungus.
4. Bring water to boil and steam for 12 minutes. Put soaked medlar seeds over. Cover up and cook for 1 min. Done.
