粟米片脆香雞翼
材料:
雞翼8隻
辣粟米片200克
醃料:
蒜粉1茶匙
糖 半茶匙
蠔油1茶匙
紹酒1湯匙
做法:
1. 雞翼底部淺切兩刀,加入醃料醃20分鐘。粟米片放入保鮮袋封實,打成碎片備用。
2. 麵粉分多次加約2湯匙水拌成薄麵糊,加鹽和黑椒調味。雞翼沾麵糊,再沾上粟米片。
3. 燒熱油,放入雞翼半煎炸。淋滾油在雞翼表面至定型,收中火慢慢炸熟。

Ingredients:
Wingette 8 pcs
Spicy tortilla chip 200g
Marinade:
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Shao Xing wine 1 tablespoon
Steps:
1. Cut the back of wingette slightly. Marinate with marinade for 20 minutes. Put tortilla chip into a zip lock bag, seal it and crush tortilla chip. Take out the flakes.
2. Put water into a bowl several times, and then mix with flour. Stir well to be thin batter. Season with salt and pepper. Put wingette in batter and roll with tortilla flakes.
3. Boil the oil, shallow fry wingette. Pour boiling oil on the top side of wingette. Turn to mid heat and fry until wingette done.
