去皮馬蹄15粒

做法:
雪耳浸軟後剪去硬心,切成小朵
蘋果洗淨後去籽切件
瘦肉洗淨汆水
煲滾4公升水
放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘
轉慢火煲約2小時
下少許鹽調味,完成

Steps:
