做法:
1.將油、酒、生抽、糖、生粉和水加入豬肉碎之中,醃30分鐘。
2.花瓜切粒。
3.將花瓜粒和少許汁加入豬肉碎中,拌勻,鋪上碟,再放上花瓜。
4.大火隔水蒸12分鐘至全熟。

Marinate:
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
