合掌瓜南北杏煲豬骨
材料:
合掌瓜 2個
紅蘿蔔 2條
南北杏 1両
蜜棗 4粒
豬骨 1斤
水 8碗
調味料 :
鹽 少許
做法:
1. 紅蘿蔔去皮切件,合掌瓜一開四。
2. 豬骨汆水備用。
3. 把合掌瓜、紅蘿蔔、南北杏、蜜棗、豬骨和水放入煲內,以大火煲滾10分鐘後再轉小火煲2小時,下鹽調味。
Pork Ribs Soup with Chayote and Apricot Kernels
Ingredients:
Chayote 2 pcs
Red Carrot 2 pcs
Apricot Kernels 1 tael
Candied Date 4 pcs
Pork Ribs 1kg
Water 8 Bowls
Seasonings:
Little salt
Steps:
1. Peel and cut red carrot into pieces. Cut chayote into 4 pieces.
2. Blanch pork ribs in hot water, set aside.
3. Put chayote, red carrot, apricot kernels, candied dates, pork ribs and water into a pot. Boil with high heat for 10 mins, then turn to low heat and boil for 2 hours. Season with salt.
