材料:
木瓜 1個
排骨 500克
雞腳 10隻
水 4公升
1. 木瓜去皮及籽,洗淨,切大件。
2. 排骨洗淨,汆水。
3. 雞腳切去趾甲,汆水備用。
4. 煲滾4公升水。放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘。
5. 轉慢火煲約2小時。下少許鹽調味。

Steps:
1. Peel papaya. Remove seed, rinse and cut into big pieces.
2. Cut the tips of chicken feet.
3. Briefly scald pork rib and chicken feet with boiling water.
4. Boil water. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat for 30 minutes.
5. Adjust to low heat and boil for 2 hours. Add a little salt.
