食譜粵菜家常菜雞蛋魚蒸煮15-30分鐘
2. 將鹹蛋加入滾水,蓋上蓋,煮10分鐘,取出鹹蛋,再切粒。
3. 蛋攪拌均勻,將雞蛋、雞湯、水混合,攪拌均勻。
4. 將蛋隔篩,加入碟中,加入鹹蛋、銀魚仔,用錫紙包起,以大火蒸8分鐘。
Steamed Egg and Salted Egg with Dried Sliver Fish
1. Soak dried sliver fish.
2. Put salted egg into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 10 mins, then take out and dice.
3. Beat egg, mix egg, chicken soup and water.
4. Sieve egg and add into plate, put in salted egg and dried sliver fish, cover with aluminium foil and steam 8 mins with high heat.
將鹹蛋粒及銀魚仔加入蛋漿中,以錫紙覆蓋,大火蒸8分鐘。
