材料:
菜脯 50克
蛋白 4隻
白飯魚 100克
芫荽 1棵(切碎)
調味料:
生抽 1茶匙
做法:
1. 菜脯洗淨,切幼粒。
2. 白飯魚洗淨,抹乾。
3. 加生抽略醃後,與蛋白及菜脯粒拌匀。
4. 燒熱1/2杯油,下蛋白漿, 快手兜炒至凝固。
5. 加生抽及放芫荽碎即成。
Ingredients:
50g preserved radish
4 egg whites
100g white bait
1 stalk coriander (finely chop)
Seasonings:
1 tsp soy sauce
Steps:
1. Rinse preserved radish and dice finely.
2. Rinse white bait and pat dry.,
3. Mix well white bait, egg white and preserved radish.
4. Heat 1/2 cup of oil. Add egg white mixture. Stir fry swiftly until egg white is set.
5. Add soy sauce and chopped coriander. Done.
