食譜粵菜家常菜素食蔬菜豆類煮炒15分鐘以下
2. 將草菇、甜豆加入滾水,煮2分鐘,再取出及瀝乾水分。
3. 燒熱油,炒香蒜頭,加入草菇、甜豆,炒至均勻。
Stir fried Sugar Snap Peas and Straw Mushroom
Shao xing wine 1 teaspoon
1. Cut straw mushroom into two pieces. Remove sugar snap peas head and tail. Mince garlic.
2. Put straw mushroom and sugar snap peas into boiling water and cook 2 mins, then take out and drain water.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry garlic, put in straw mushroom and sugar snap peas, stir fry until mix well.
4. Put in Shao xing wine, oyster sauce and sugar, finally stir fry until mix well.
