食譜粵菜湯水家常菜豬肉蔬菜海味蝦煮炒15-30分鐘
2. 燒熱油,爆香薑片,再加入蝦米同爆香。加入番茄炒至開始出汁,加入清湯,蓋上大火滾3分鐘。
3. 開蓋,加入豬腩片煮至變色,加入翡翠苗煮至軟身即可。
Tomato, emerald seedlings and pork soup
Pork belly thin slice 80g
1. Soak dried shrimp in water. Cut tomato in wedges.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry ginger, then put in dried shrimp and stir fry. Put in tomato and chicken broth. Cover the lid and cook in high heat for 3 minutes.
3. Open the lid, put in pork belly slice. Put in emerald seedlings until turn soft.
