三餸一湯|蒸三色蛋 Steamed Tri-Color Eggs
食譜粵菜家常菜雞蛋蒸15分鐘以下
1. 鹹蛋打開,蛋黃切小粒,同放一個大碗內。加入雞蛋,打勻。
1. Break up salted egg. Dice raw salted egg yolk, then put into the same bowl.
2. Add egg and stir well. Add cooled water into the egg mixture. Stir well.
3. Dice century egg and add it into the egg mixture, gently stir well.
4. Put in the dish and place a piece of plastic wrap on top.
5. Steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the egg mixture has solidified.
6. Pour cooked oil and light soy sauce. Ready to serve.
