茄汁酒釀蝦仁
材料:
蝦仁 1包
蒜頭 2瓣
茄汁 2湯匙
酒釀 2湯匙
糖 2湯匙
茄膏 1茶匙
步驟:
1. 蒜頭去皮、切碎。
2. 將茄汁、酒釀、糖、茄膏、少許水混合。
3. 燒熱油,加入蝦仁,煎2分鐘,取出。
4. 原鑊燒熱油,加入蒜頭,炒2分鐘,加入蝦仁、醬汁,炒2分鐘。

Ingredients:
Shrimp meat 1 pack
Garlic 2 slices
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Fermented rice 2 tablespoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Tomato paste 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1. Peel garlic and mince.
2. Mix ketchup, fermented rice, sugar, ketchup, a little water.
3. Heat the oil, put in shrimp meat, pan fry for 2 mins, then take out.
4. Heat the oil with the same pan, put in garlic, stir fry for 2 mins, then put in shrimp meat, the sauce, stir fry for 2 mins.
