做法:
1.豬肉洗淨,切粒,以鹽、豉油、生粉各少許略醃。青、紅、黃椒分別洗淨,去籽後切小件。
2.燒熱少許油,爆香青、紅、黃椒,加入適量水煮滾,再加入忌廉番茄煮至滾。放入豬肉再滾約10-15分鐘,最後加入雜豆及紅腰豆煮至滾,以鹽調味即可以。

2.Heatsomeoil,stirfrypepperpieces,addsomewater,bringtotheboil,addcreamtomatoandbringbacktotheboil.Putinpork,simmerfor10-15mins,addallthebeans,bringtotheboil,seasontotaste.
