做法:
1. 白鑊烘香櫻花蝦。
2. 紫菜白鑊烘1分鐘。
3. 水滾落薑片、肉碎及櫻花蝦。
4. 肉碎轉色後加入紫菜煮滾。
5. 下鹽調味,撒上葱花,完成。
Seaweed Soup with Sergestid Shrimp and Minced Pork
Ingredients:
Sergestid Shrimp 2 tbsp
Minced Pork 150 g
Seaweed 20 g
Ginger 2 Slices
Chopped Spring Onion 1 tbsp
Water 5 Bowls
Seasonings:
Some Salt
Steps:
1. Pan-fry seaweed in a clean wok for 1 minute.
2. Pan-fry sergestid shrimp in a clean wok.
3. Bring water to boil and add in sliced ginger, minced pork and sergestid shrimp
4. Add in seaweed when pork change in color, and bring to boil.
5. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
