材料:
豬手500克
可樂300毫升
薑3片
葱3條
生抽2湯匙
蠔油1茶匙
老抽1湯匙
紹酒少許
做法:

水滾加半份葱和薑,加紹酒 ,放入豬手汆水,煮2分鐘,撈起沖洗。

燒熱油,爆餘下薑葱,煎豬手,灒紹酒。加入生抽、老抽、蠔油和可樂,蓋上收中細火燜40分鐘,開大火將汁收稠。
Braised pork knuckle with coke
Ingredients:
Coke 300ml
Pork knuckle 500g
Ginger 3 slices
Green onion 3 pcs
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoons
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Shao Xing wine Little
Steps:

Put green onion and ginger in boiling water. Put in Shao Xing wine. Blanch pork knuckle for 2 minutes.

Heat the oil, pan-fry ginger and green onion. Pan-fry pork knuckle. Pour in Shao Xing wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and coke. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low heat for 40 minutes. Turn to high heat to thicken the sauce.
