【三餸一湯】翠玉瓜炒蛋

食譜雞蛋蔬菜15-30分鐘

材料:
翠玉瓜1條
蛋3隻
薑1片
紅椒1隻
葱1條
鹽少許
糖少許
紹酒少許

蛋調味:
鹽少許
麻油少許
紹酒少許

做法:
1.
翠玉瓜切段,切半,再切薄片。薑切粒,辣椒切絲,切葱花。
2.
打蛋,拂勻,加調味。燒熱油,倒入蛋,炒成滑蛋,盛起備用。
3.
原鑊再燒熱油,爆香辣椒、薑和葱花,加入翠玉瓜同炒,再加鹽和糖調味,加紹酒和炒蛋炒勻上碟。

Fried egg with courgette

Ingredients:
Courgette 1 piece
Egg 3 pieces
Ginger 1 slices
Red chili 1 piece
Green onion 1 piece

Seasoning for eggs:
Salt Little
Sesame oil Little
Shao Xing wine Little

Steps:
1.
Cut courgette into segment, then cut in half and cut in slices. Dice ginger. Shred red chili and green onion.
2.
Beat the eggs, season with a little bit salt , sesame oil and Shao Xing wine. Heat the oil , put in egg and scramble the egg. Take the egg in bowl.
3.
Heat the oil, pan fry red chili, ginger and green onion. Stir fry with courgette, season with salt, sugar and Shao Xing wine. Put the egg and stir fry with courgette.
