食譜粵菜雞肉水果煎15-30分鐘
1. 雞翼印乾水分,將生抽、紹興酒、糖、孜然粉,加入雞翼,醃30分鐘。

Shao xing wine 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seed powder 1 tablespoon
1. Wipe chicken wing with kitchen paper. Put soy sauce, Shao xing wine, sugar, cumin seed powder into chicken wing, marinate 30 mins.
2. Squeeze lime and put lime juice into honey, mix well.
3. Heat the oil, pan fry chicken wing until golden brown.
4. Sweep on lime and honey sauce and pan fry 2 mins.
