【NBA】斥莫利撐港前未掌握足夠資訊　勒邦占士：行使言論自由時應注意後果

    NBA 球隊候斯頓火箭總經理莫利（Daryl Morey）早前發表撐港言論，引發內地抵制風波。湖人球星勒邦占士（LeBron James）周一首度就事件開腔，美國娛樂與體育節目電視網引述勒邦占士見記者時表示，自己不想與莫利爭執，但他覺得莫利發表其看法前，對情況未掌握足夠資訊（misinformed）。勒邦占士指，莫利的言論在經濟上、肉體上、情緒上以及精神上都可能傷害很多人，認為在行使言論自由的同時，大家應小心其負面影響。
    至於被追問為何認為莫利未掌握足夠資訊，勒邦占士形容「這只是我的想法（just my belief）」，他又指，發表意見或行動，都可能影響到其他人，或者影響到之後事態發展，「社交媒體（上發表意見）也不一定是做事的正確方式（social media is not always the proper way to go about things as well)。」
    勒邦占士其後在 Twitter 賬號發帖，指為澄清誤會，強調自己並非針對莫利言論的內容，而是他認為對方發帖前未有考慮後果。他又指，球隊和聯盟剛經歷完艱難的一周，他認為沒有人制止或考慮過可能衍生的後果。
    勒邦占士領軍的洛杉磯湖人隊剛剛完成兩場於中國舉行的 NBA 季前賽。
