    上月有傳媒報道，上水出現大批水貨客偷運凍肉到大陸，在炎夏於上水街頭就地將凍肉拆箱分放入拖篋；報道刊出月餘，由數名前線紀錄者組成的英語專頁HKFrontline，昨日派員到上水視察「凍肉街」，發現現場情況毫無改善。
    昨日下午一時許，HKFrontline成員在上水一個水客猖獗的街道實地拍攝，發現水客佔據整條行人路，在烈日當空下分拆急凍牛肉，現場滿地垃圾，非常不衞生。
    據《蘋果日報》、《壹週刊》等傳媒報道，上水劍橋廣場、貿易廣場附近，均可見水貨客分拆凍肉。
