【47 人被控顛覆】德國促放人　澳洲敦促尊重人權自由　美國務院：以國安法壓制異見

    警方國安處以「串謀顛覆國家政權罪」落案起訴參與或組織民主派初選的 47 人，事件繼續惹來國際間批評。德國外交部於 Twitter 發文指周一的大規模審訊進一步危害了香港的多元性。被捕者必須被釋放，他們的權利亦必須得到尊重，延期的議會選舉必須盡快以公平和民主的方式舉行。

    The mass trial under the National Security Act in #HongKong further endangers pluralism in the city. Those arrested must be released, their rights must be respected & the postponed elections need to be held as soon as possible in a fair & democratic manner.

    澳洲外交部長佩恩 (Marise Payne) 也在 Twitter 指，澳洲政府關注事件，並敦促有關當局尊重香港《基本法》和國際法所保障的人權和自由。

    The Australian Government is concerned that charges have been laid against 47 pro-democracy candidates in Hong Kong who were peacefully exercising their rights. We urge authorities to respect the rights & freedoms guaranteed in Hong Kong’s Basic Law, & international law.

    美國國務院周一亦繼國家安全顧問蘇利文 (Jake Sullivan) 與國務卿布林肯 (Antony Blinken) 發聲（詳看另稿）後再批評大規模審訊。國務院發言人 Ned Price 指，當局做法表明北京如何利用國安法來壓制異見人士，呼籲香港當局釋放被拘留民主派，並撒銷對他們的指控。他補充指，華盛頓會繼續呼籲北京停止破壞香港的自治。
    在周一的提堂前，英國外相藍韜文也有表示，對香港民主派議員的大搜捕令人極度憂慮，反映國安法被用來肅清異見，而非如中國政府承諾，旨在恢復社會秩序（詳看另稿）。歐盟港澳辦公室周日同樣有發聲明，指以國安法拘捕泛民主派明確表明香港將不再容忍合法的政治多元化，敦促當局遵守《基本法》和《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》對基本自由和法治的承諾。
