阿富汗首現反塔利班示威　民眾遭開火攻擊最少 3 死

    塔利班奪得阿富汗政權，欲建立開明形象，但被質疑言行是否如一。當地時間今日（18 日），最少有 2 個城市首次舉行反塔利班示威。其中在乍拉拉巴德 (Jalalabad)，塔利班開火驅散人群，現場片段槍聲不絕，人群爭相走避。外媒報指最少 3 人死亡。
    塔利班 17 日在阿富汗首都喀布爾舉行首場記者會時，官方發言人穆札希德 (Zabihullah Mujahid) 表示，現在的塔利班和 20 年前已「截然不同」，希望與其他國家維持和平關係，不會對前敵國採取報復行動；承諾會尊重女性權利，前提是在「伊斯蘭教法架構」之下；私營傳媒可自由運作，儘管不可反塔利班。
    然而這些承諾未能安撫部份民憤。在乍拉拉巴德，有片段顯示有數以百計示威者街頭遊行，並展示前政府阿富汗共和國的旗幟。塔利班武裝份子向天鳴槍驅散人群，民眾不走。有人嘗試拿下塔利班的橫額，並在一廣場豎立阿富汗共和國國旗，遭塔利班武裝份子開火攻擊。據報塔利班也打示威者和記者。事件除致 3 人死亡外，亦有逾 10 人傷。

    除乍拉拉巴德外，在另一城市 Khost 亦有數百人示威。
    塔利班暫未回應事件。
    喀布爾開始恢復平靜
    事件令人憂慮，塔利班能否做到言行一致，走向開明。
    不少阿富汗人對塔利班仍無信心，儘管在喀布爾，生活已開始恢復平靜，惟外媒指外出的女性明顯比以前少。
    至於喀布爾機場，則仍有數以千計阿富汗人尋求離國。當中有許多人曾幫助英美等西方國家，他們擔憂遭塔利班報復。塔利班稱不會報復，又指希望阿富汗人特別是年輕人不要離開，因為他們是阿富汗的資產。
    在機場外，有塔利班武裝份子向天鳴槍，驅散人群，亦有民眾被打，惟塔利班表示「我們無意傷害任何人。」
    路透社報道，過去 24 小時有約 5,000 名西方外交官、保安人員、人道支援人員和阿富汗人成功撤離。
    英國首相約翰遜指，較之口頭承諾，會按塔利班的行為審視他們；俄羅斯聯合國大使 Vassily Nebenzia 亦指，將觀察塔利班是否言行一致。
